We want you to be fully satisfied with your Humain cup.

Return Period

You can return your product within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason.

Condition of Return

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• unused and in its original condition

• in the original packaging

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will offer a replacement or full refund.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

Withdrawal Right

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, take physical possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs arising if you chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice.

We will use the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return shipment.

Return of Goods

You must return or hand over the goods within 14 days after notifying us of withdrawal.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this results from handling beyond what is necessary to check the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Shipping Information

We carefully prepare and ship your Humain cup to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition.

Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 4 -6 weeks after payment is received.

Custom or made-to-order components may require additional processing time. If this applies, we will inform you separately.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Austria: 2–4 business days

• EU countries: 3–7 business days

• International: 7–14 business days (depending on destination)

Please note that delivery times may vary due to postal service delays or customs processing.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on destination and order size.

Packaging

Your Humain cup is carefully packaged to protect both the porcelain cup and stainless steel handle during transport. We use secure and protective materials to ensure safe delivery.

Tracking

If tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)

For orders outside the EU, additional customs duties or import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
